Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
 - In the original packaging with all accessories
 - Requested within 30 days of delivery
 - Accompanied by proof of purchase
 
Certain products may have specific return conditions due to hygiene or licensing reasons.
Refund Process
- Contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate your return
 - You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
 - Ship the item to our return center with the RMA number clearly visible
 - Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
 
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Opened software or digital downloads
 - Personalized or custom-made products
 - Products with removed serial numbers
 - Items damaged due to misuse
 
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired product. We cannot guarantee availability of items for direct exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
